How to disable or remove Buzz?

Just now I got to know something about Google Buzz when I booted my Laptop and opened my Gmail account and I thought not to use it for now. It is distracting for me. I already have lots of social networking sites, Twitter, gTalk, skype and mobile phone and others to pass my time. I also do blogging. So, started looking for the way to disable BUZZ from Gmail. Thanks God it is easy to remove this extension or plugin or whatever it is called.

Here is how to remove Buzz from your Gmail:
Just look at the bottom of the Gmail page and you will find a link "turn off Buzz". Just click it and you are done for disabling Buzz.
